About Keegan

Hey, that's me! I'd like to personally thank you for your interest in my story. Keep Showing Up is an independent publication that I launched in February 2025 at 37 years old. 10 months after my official Breast Cancer diagnosis, I finally committed to building this site and putting my story out into the world. I sat with the idea for months and finally realized that the nudge wasn't going to stop until I started somewhere. Ultimately, my hope is that you find guidance and encouragement to always self-advocate. Always ask the questions no matter how hard it is to form the words within a new world of unknowns. Press pause on your old lifestyle, and research everything that brings you into a life of wellness...this isn't just a push for those with cancer, by the way! And lastly, I aim to be a resounding voice screaming, "cancer won't win", for all of us seeking that remission message! I am confident that I will be well again. If my story helps 1 or 100 in even the slightest way, there is purpose in my peril. Your subscriptions, shares, and support make this site possible. Whether you're growing up or glowing up, let's all Keep Showing Up!
Accessing the Blog
By subscribing today, you'll get access to the full archive of everything that's been published before and everything that's still to come. This is something I wish I had at my fingertips from the second I was diagnosed....actually, scratch that! I wish I knew most of this before my diagnosis!
Resource Links
I'll be incorporating easy-to-use links throughout my content to easily connect you with my favorite Products and Services. I have found these things to be most helpful on my journey to healing, and include a variety of resources: books, integrative approaches, medical supplies/equipment, and healthy, toxic-free alternatives. I hope you also experience their benefits! If not for yourself, send one to someone who might not even know they need it. These small acts of kindness got me through some of my hardest days.
